This cozy property is located in Roses (Puig Rom) in an elevated position in a non through road with stunning views of the Mediterranean / the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees.
You can reach on foot the center of Roses and the sandy beach in just 10 minutes, ideal to no use your car in summer.
A small supermarket is just 2 minutes away and a bit further a bakery for your fresh bread and croissants in the morning. A bus shuttle during the summer months will take you to another 2 beaches at Canyelles Petites or Almadrava.

This house has two floors and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two terraces, one on each level and a larger garden area. There is parking under a carport and additional parking on the street in front of the house (quiet aera )

From the entrance level, off the hallway is the spacious first bedroom with twin beds and a lovely mountain view and a separate bathroom with tub / shower. On this floor are the living / dining room with TV and DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen.
From the kitchen and the living room you have access to the covered outdoor terrace. From here you can enjoy the sea views and the beautiful Sunsets over Roses.

Through the internal staircase leads to the lower floor where the 2 further bedrooms, bathroom (bath and shower) are located, as well as another living area with the same wonderful panoramic view. Here there is another TV set (only DVD possible, bring your favorite movies with !!)

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a small utility room on this level too.

Another balcony/terrace leads off from the lounge and there is a door leading out to the Mediterranean garden of the house with sun terrace and shady places.
